We are a family owned business in Bellevue, Iowa. We pop our fresh mushroom corn in a glaze which consists of soybean oil, sugar and salt. Customers say our corn has a very good taste to it.
We do various festivals, farmers markets and fairs around the area. Our cheese corn, carmel corn plus a mix of carmel and cheese (we call it Mississippi Mix) are great snacks.
